Description
My first attempt at writing poetry was published in a book I titled Poetic Justice. Since that book was first published in 2002, I’ve continued writing, always relying on my life experiences, my imagination, and my travels. With over a hundred new poems written and polished to the best of my abilities, I decided it was time once again to share them in a book so that others could enjoy them as much as I have.
With that in mind, my latest book—which is currently in production—will be published very soon; I am calling this one Hodgepodge. As one definition states, a hodgepodge “is a collection containing a variety of miscellaneous things,” and I’m confident that as you read through these poems, you’ll agree. My work will take you on a journey from ‘Outer Space’ to the ‘Old West’ and many places in between, discussing love, marriage, heartbreak, and comedy to evoke a wide range of emotions.
